You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

- Misrepresent clearance status, employment, or qualifications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform except as permitted by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, profile data, etc.). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI analysis.
You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. AI-generated outputs
Career reports, scores, and recommendations are generated by automated systems and are provided for guidance only. They do not constitute employment, legal, financial, or security advice.
You should independently verify outputs before making career or clearance-related decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your content, no rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
